Superintendent Winters Welcomes Families

Hello AMS families I am Kristina Winters, Superintendent for the Academy of Math & Science. I am so excited to welcome you to the 2025 2026 school year. The last couple weeks admin and teacher have been in training and they're currently setting up their classrooms in preparation for your Scholars to return. But I'd like to remind you of 2 very important upcoming dates. First this Wednesday, July 23rd from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. is our annual Meet the Teacher Event. Here you will see your classrooms, meet your teachers and check out the clubs and sports offered in quarter 1. And most importantly, pick up that drive by number. Secondly, mark your calendars for July 31st. The first day of school. If you're unable to make either 1 of those days please reach out to your campus front office which is open daily from 8 to 4:00 p.m. We cannot thank you enough for choosing the Academy of Math & Science where we are committed to providing the best education and the best environment for our Scholars. I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday July 23rd for meet the teacher night and again July 31st our first day of school thank you! Estoy muy emocionada de darles la bienvenida al año escolar 2025 2026. Las últimas semanas, la administración y los maestros han estado en capacitación y actualmente están preparando sus aulas para el regreso de sus estudiantes, pero me gustaría recordarles 2 fechas próximas muy importantes. Primero, este miércoles 23 de julio de 4:00 a 7:00 p.m. es nuestro evento anual para maestros. Vea sus aulas, conozca a sus maestros, consulte los clubes y deportes que se ofrecen en el primer trimestre y, lo más importante, recoja ese número línea de autos.
