Ms. Dewi Gaglione– 2nd Grade TeacherMrs. Gaglione has 9 years of education experience. This will be her 4th year teaching at AMS. Besides her experience in education, she has 15 years of management experience in corporations. Mrs. Gaglione is from the island of Java, Indonesia and speaks her 3 native languages: Sundanese, Javanese, and Indonesian. Bringing her experience and multi-lingual background, Mrs. Ga-glione is very excited to help and transform today’s AMSA lifelong learners into tomorrow’s global visionaries.

Mrs. Vanessa Saggio– 5th/6th Grade ELA/Social StudiesMrs. Saggio has been an educator for 14 years. She spent 6 years as a kindergarten teacher in Japan, 2 years as an Academic Manager and teacher in South Korea, and 6 years in Arizona as a 5th grade teacher and drama club sponsor. Her educational philosophy is to allow students to set their own educational goals and to help them achieve these goals.

Mr. Gary Newell– Middle School Science TeacherMr. Newell has over 12 years of education experience. Worked 10 years with high school students in both Tucson and Phoenix. Have worked with middle school students for two years. Have worked with two different school districts designing and implementing new science curriculum to students. Focused and dedicated to the success of all learners and working with students to explore the fascinating world of science. Six years of experience leading various extracurricular activities including student government, science club, Science Olympiad, and 3D Printing.
