Welcome Letter

“Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” - Thomas Edison

I am looking forward to begin this new school year with you all. Let’s work together to achieve success amidst this challenging times!

Hello, my name is Miss Antonio, I recently moved here in Arizona from the Philippines and I will be your 5th grade Math and Science teacher. I graduated from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. I have been teaching Math for 5 years, and this will be my 6th year in education. In those years, I have handled different grade levels and have trained students in Mathematical competitions. I have a passion for teaching mathematics and science; and I would want to be a part of your child’s success in learning the different concepts of Math and Science and its application in the real world. While the journey through the world of math is not always easy, every child is capable of comprehending and applying mathematical concepts to solve real world problems. Throughout this year, your child will be challenged to persevere and think critically. I am looking forward to be working with you this year in making sure of the success of your child. Thank you in advance for your support and help at home.
