Mr. Jefferson P. Navas is originally from the Philippines. He graduated at Philippine Normal University Manila and received his Bachelors of  Science in Mathematics for Teachers. He worked for 10 years in the Philippines as 1st to 10th  Grade Math teacher and 1  year in Academy of Math and Science Glendale as Middle School Math Interventionist. Currently, he will be teaching 4th Grade Math and Science in AMS Avondale.

Every summer, he loves to go to beaches, do some water activities ,island hopping, hiking way back to his country and traveling famous landmarks in the U.S.
